The Greenhouse
A 24 day mini skein Advent
Lately, I’ve been finding solace and comfort in my backyard, digging my fingers into the dirt. Having never been much of a gardener, this time spent pulling weeds, planting flowers, and watering mostly anything that grows has been so meditative and peaceful. (So this is what everyone is talking about!) Turns out, it’s also been a source of creative ideas! Advent 2026 was inspired by my time nurturing, tending, pulling, and sorting out what stays and what goes—what to toss and what to help grow. 🌱 I can’t wait for you to feel some of that peace and healing through these happy little minis!
Color palette:
I filled my greenhouse mood board with vintage botanical prints, linen dresses and your favorite rain boots with fresh picked flowers. OH and a gorgeous spectrum of greens! I want it to feel warm and earthy while also feeling fresh, light and airy. You can look forward to soft garden pastels and cozy neutrals. Basically the perfect romantic, dreamy greenhouse vibe! I’m up for the challenge and I can’t wait to make every day a fun little surprise! 🌱
Yarn Base
MCN Fingering ~~ 2-ply 80% superwash merino wool with 10% cashmere and 10% nylon. Each mini is 80 yds / 20g. Perfect if you want a little extra softness and lux!

I’ve been dreaming about creating a sock yarn subscription for years, and it finally feels like the right time. I’ve gathered my ideas to create a special year of socks filled with quality hand-dyed yarn & all the little handmade details I adore and can’t seem to live without! ;) ✨… Welcome to Happy Feet!

I will be following my playful little heart and dying what sings each month. I can’t give you a color scheme but I can tell you they’ll be beautiful and from my heart.

I’ll be using a variety of fingering weight bases to keep things interesting and fun for you and me both, but everything will be super wash which is my preferred for sock knitting. (Nothing rustic or itchy.)

Each month you can expect a full skein and a mini (occasionally with an extra mini thrown in if the set calls for it!) ….because I make the rules. Hehe!

The first month of your Happy Feet subscription will be billed on the date of purchase. After that from January onwards, the billing date will be the 15h of the month. You will then be billed January 15th for February’s yarn and so on.
I will ship on or before the 25th of each month so it can be in your happy hands and on your needles for the 1st!

If you want to join others participating in Happy Feet, please join our discord server (link provided after you sign up!) and we can chat and share patterns, wips and finished socks together as a group. Knitting socks is more fun (and perhaps more successful? ) with friends!

Can I join later in the year?
Subscriptions will open on Dec. 1st at 5pm PST and close when I’m at capacity and will re-open in June, only if spots become available.
Does this subscription come with patterns?
No it doesn’t. However as part of your subscription you will be able to join our discord where we can all share our pattern ideas, progress pics and inspiration.
What is Discord?
Think of it like an intimate virtual knitting circle just for Happy Feet members! It’s a simple downloadable app where you can hang out with other fellow sock lovers (myself included) and we’ll share all things socks!
Will you ship outside the U.S.?
Due the uncertainty of tariffs and extra surprised costs that can come up, at this point in time I will only be offering to U.S. only. Hopefully this will change the future!
